AMD the famous computer CPU developers are rumored of their development of a new 16 core CPU that is to debut in the upcoming CES along with 8 more CPUs in all the segments. Let’s check out them category wise:-
THE 16 CORE CPUs:–
Its the AMD’s new take on the computer world. Its a massive capacity CPU that can be easily boosted to 5.1Ghz. That’s a good news for hardcore gamers who would not want FPS drops while in game. Talking about the CPU it has 2 sets of 8 cores. It comes under AMD’s Ryzen 9 3850X & 3800X. It could be priced around 35k *import duty may apply. It seems to be a good performer when it comes to performance. For now we only know the spec sheet but more can be discussed only when we try it in reality.
For the entry level AMD would be tweaking the AMD Ryzen 3 with the new versions of 3300X, 3300, & 3300G. The G version features an integrated graphics unit by Novi. The other two are CPUs. They are 6 core CPUs and the 3300X will be the fastest in line with a clocking of 4.3Ghz. they could be well priced around 10 to 15K.
AMDs mid range CPUs are one of the best and they would have decided to tweak the line up with their new AMD Ryzen 5 3600, 3600X & 3600G versions with the X version the most poerful in the range. These are 8 core CPUs with the G version having the integrated Novi graphics unit. It competetively priced around 20k.
For the top level AMD is about to introduce the AMD Ryzen 7 3700 & 3700X series. They are 12 core CPUs. With the top end boostable to 5.0Ghz. Its will be priced around 30k.
With all these recent leaks from AMD it is clear that they are preparing to give a tough competition to their rivals the INTEL and NVIDIA company. But these new updates show that even the Budget Gamers can now afford for a good performance CPU while its rivals may be a bit pricey products.
